Our property is located near the lake: 10-minute walk from the beautiful equipped beach "Cappuccini", in a place full of waters and spas (Villa Dei Cedri Thermal Park 7 km, Terme di Sirmione 11 km, Aquardens Terme della Valpolicella 22 km). The apartment completely renovated with independent entrance is at the ground floor. It has 1 double bedroom with a single bed + 1 double sofa bed in the living area, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, flat-screen TV, free wi-fi access, air conditioning / heating, small private garden and parking included nearby. The kitchen - with fridge, freezer and microwave - is equipped with everything necessary for the living room, including crockery and provisions. Towels and bed linen are included in the price with change of sheets every 4 days of accommodation and change of towels every 3 days of overnight stay.
