The apartment completely renovated with independent entrance is at the ground floor. It has 1 double bedroom with a single bed + 1 double sofa bed in the living area, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, flat-screen TV, free wi-fi access, air conditioning / heating, small private garden, parking in the area (not included). The kitchen - with fridge, freezer and microwave - is equipped with everything necessary for the living room, including crockery and provisions. Our accommodation has been completely renovated and is located in a quiet area, away from the chaos, but just a short walk from the historic center of Peschiera.
We are situated just 150 meters from the vast and long beach that characterizes the coast for a remarkable 3 kilometers, offering ample space for practicing all kinds of sports activities.
A scenic pedestrian walkway winds along the shoreline, among reeds, flowers, vegetation, and trees, providing moments of tranquility and relaxation.
And for bicycle enthusiasts, just 500 meters away you will find the cycling path that connects Peschiera to Mantova, offering a unique opportunity to explore the area by bike.
